How Do I Make A Rainbow Out Of Chocolate

I must admit I'm not entirely sure, but I would guess they do it with a number of different colors of white chocolate with food coloring in them to achieve the colors you'd like.
You could do chocolate piping on wax paper and make a rainbow, refrigerate it, them peel it off. A chocolate transfer!
When working with chocolate remember not to use regular icing colors. Chocolate needs candy colors. They are made with oil based where icing colors are a water base and will seize the chocolate. You can do a rainbow free still on wax paper or use a child's color book with a rainbow in it. Have fun.
It sounds like you're talking about modeling chocolate, it's kind of like chocolate play dough and you can dye it. Here's the link to the recipe. HTH. ![]()
