Anyone know if the cake boss is available yet? It sounds very interesting, and also, am wandering if it is compatible with a macintosh notebook computer, as it doesn't run off of windows like regular pc's.

Sweetcakes, it's a software program that was created by one of our member that takes alot of the guess work out of pricing and keeps you very organized as far as customes information etc. I don't know much about it except for what I read on a forum here. If you do a search for the cake boss, it will have several entries from the people who tested it. It seems like it will be helpful. You even have a choice as how you want to pay for it. A one time thing or a few dollars a month.

Cakeboss is being launched on May 1st. If you click on www.cakeboss.com you will get the details. It did seem to be fairly specific about the set up one needs to run it. For the other lady - cakeboss is a database for cake makers providing a way to keep track of orders, costs, recipes etc. Sure you'd find it interesting if you can run it.
