do you use it??
Can someone talk to me about this product??
Last wk i went to Toba's cookie class, we used it to decorate cookies. Now my understanding is that this is Fondant? is that correct?
I have never used fondant to decorate a cake. I bought a wilton box once and still have it in my home.
Well i taste this pettinice paste and it is absolute yummy. a bit too sweet though, but good tasting. Not paste tasting as i've heard some fondant taste.
So what's the deal? is it just another brand? so it tastes better? or just something different all together?

thanks,
Kat

Pettincie is a high quality, good tasting fondant. The Wilton you have is good for practicing or for items that will not be eaten. It tastes yucky.

Since all fondant is basically sugar and gelatin, it is all fairly sweet.

I am so jealous that you got to study with Toba Garrett. I absolutely worship her work.

Sorry to butt in, just had to say that. icon_biggrin.gif
