I can not figure out this Lilly Nail thing..I had a cake that needed to be done today and I did my Lillies last night...and wanted to place them on the cake this morning....I got up at 5 am and could not remove the flowers..they crumbled everywhere... 
were did i go wrong?????

Your supposed to take them out of the lilly nail but keep the foil on them. That sounds like your problem. Also you royal icing might not have been the right consistency.
