I e-mailed the American's Women's Club and asked if I could take business cards in for them to leave for their members - and they said yes!!! Yipee! I'm hoping this will really boost my business thumbs_up.gif . I was thinking that I might make a bunch of cupcakes or something else to take with me when I go (on Friday). So, any ideas on what would go down well with the American ladies and have them running to me with orders icon_lol.gificon_razz.gificon_biggrin.gif ? Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly received!

Congrats, and everyone seems to like chocolate so cupcakes with a drop flower or rose would seem niceicon_smile.gif

Thank you newcakelady!

Keep 'em coming girls - so far I'm going with some decorated sugar cookies (maybe incorporating the initials AWC), brownies (the fudgey kind), and cupcakes (small ones) made with the strawberry scratch cake recipe that I know is to die for, decorated with vanilla swirly buttercream and heart or butterfly shaped sprinkles. Sound good?

Congrats! I think those things sound wonderful to take. Are your brownies scratch? I'm always looking for a good homemade brownie recipe.

If you wanted to show off more decorating ideas to the ladies, maybe some small 6" cakes (just 1 layer, maybe torted), with different designs/flowers on them.
