Hi,
I want to make a strawberry filling for a cake next weekend. Here are the ingredients:
2 1/2 to 3 cups strawberries
(if frozen, thaw first and drain well)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
Will it be okay if I freeze it until I need to use it next weekend?
