Butter-Like Emulsion

I love the taste of butter like emulsion but when I use it the color seems to seperate. I use paste color. What should i do?

I use a butter emulsion, and have never had that happen. What recipe are you using?

I've also used butter emulsion in my icing recipe, but have not had a problem with seperation....I use Americolors....what recipe are you using?
