Hey! I am about to make a duncan hines white cake (which needs three egg whites) and duncan hines devils food cake (which needs three eggs), I have five eggs, what should I do?

there are a couple of fast substitutes.

In the chocolate cake, you can add mayonaise instead on one egg - mayo is just oil and egg. Mayo makes a wonderful scratch chocolate cake. 1 egg is about 1/4 cup.

If you have any meringue powder, you can use it for egg whites.

o hell you got it made. simply save the egg yolks from the white cake mix and use those instead of another egg in the chocolate.

hey chaptlps-- Thats what i thought, but then i told myself thats to easy its gotta be more complicated than that....LOL
