Hi guys:
I have to make at least 3 to 4 dozens of cupcakes. I worked full time and will have to make it in advance. The question is how can I freeze the cupcakes safely so they will taste nice and fresh. Do I decorate them before freezen them or after?

Thanks guys.

I always make my stuff up ahead and freeze. I just pack mine into gallon baggies/or tupperware, your choice, suck the air out and freeze, have done up to 2 wks prior. Saves lots o time. Always fresh to.
