I made a couple cakes for a lady who ordered them through my website. Here is her response in part:
"..........The cakes were more than PERFECT!".............."everyone raved about how wonderful thery were and I of course spread the word about where they came from. I don't think anyone even knew there was a bakery in Brush--I heard that comment a lot. I gave a glowing review on the yahoo page as well for the bakery. Thank you so much for being so patient and understanding and helping us to work around some of our concerns. THAT was awesome. I wish I could have had some of your cards to hand out at the party! My sister is a catering manager in Phoenix and she said you should give your cards to the lady at the 'restuarant' because she was also impressed with how beautiful the cakes turned out."........"Anyway, thank you so much once again. You all rock!"
This was an order for two cakes (the elephant and leapord spot cakes) The lady whom the cakes were for is diabetic and we had to come up with an icing that wasn't as sweet as american buttercream and she didn't want to use the rich's bettercream because it just ain't real. So we decided on IMBC and they loved it. Thanks to all ya'll on the site for wonderful recipes and ideas. If it wasn't for this site I don't think I would ever have known about IMBC.
I just thought it was great to get this back from the lady.
