I volunteered to make a cake for my daughter's school as they celebrate their teachers next Friday. I'd like to make it chocolate, mostly b/c I'll be making another chocolate cake for that some day for someone else, but other than that I don't know what to do. Should I write something on the top or should I just do something really decadent and chocolatey all over? I want it to look really good b/c a lot of people will see it and I want to get my name out there for future orders. Oh, and I really don't want to do a sheet cake. There will be other desserts so if I make a 9in layer cake that should be fine. Any ideas?

If you want to keep it simple just write Thank You Teachers or Celebrate Teachers on top of the cake either in a darker or lighter chocolate color or in a coordinating color.
