Need An Edible Image Made

I want to have an edible image picture made from my picture. Does anyone know who I can turn to that does this? I've gone to my grocery stores that have a bakery and I've been turned down by all of them. I was told that they will only do the edible image from my picture if they put it on their cake. I checked with Sugarcraft and they do them but it's $7.95 just for the shipping which I just think is crazy cause it's just a sheet of paper. Does anyone else have any idea who does this? THanks so much!! One of these days, I hope to be able to afford to buy my own printer for this. One of these days...........

My local Wal-mart bakery does it for me. They charge $5.00 for the image.

Isn't that something. I couldn't get my Walmart to budge. I checked kopykake and saw all of their edible image printers but couldn't find anything on them making an image for you. I'll check them out again.

I'd be happy to do it for you, too. I'm wondering if maybe we should start a pool of people who would do this for other board members. If we signed up ahead of time, then people wouldn't feel bad about asking for the help...they'd know that we are willing accomplices. I think, ink and all, an image costs me about $2.50. Dunno what mailing would be...another buck fifty????
