I have had problems with the sides of my cake box cutting into my borders. I have now had to tape the sides to the outside of the box to keep this from happening. Has this happened to anyone else?? or does anyone have any tips to prevent this?? Thanks!

Do you mean the flaps of the lid? I think you are doing it right, taping to the outside.

I always put the flaps on the outside and tape them. I know I won't mess up the cake that way!

Yes, the flaps are meant to go on the outside and be taped down....right?
