Can someone give me some info on the best way to make that criss cross indented pattern on a bc frosted cake? I have a customer who wants it. I hope you know what I'm talking about, it's almost like lattice. The sugarshack website has much of it on her cakes. Thanks, Moe

You need to get an impression mat and use a crusting buttercream. If you go to earlene's, cakes by same, or creative cutters they all have the impression mats.
