I just confirmed my order for the groom's cake. It will be a 12in round.
The wedding cake is going to be small for display with sheet cakes in the back for serving.
It just occurred to me..the wedding cake is 6, 8 and 10. Will it look funny that the groom's cake is bigger than the biggest tier of the wedding cake?

I don't think so..since it will be a separate one...
Maybe just decorate it totally different from the wedding cakes.

I don't think so because the grooms cake may be larger in diameter but the wedding cake has heighth! I think you'll be just fine! Post a pic when your done!
