I have a quick question... I am wanting to try the Baker's Buttercream icing on a cake I am making this weekend; it says on the recipe to use All-purpose flour, well to my surprise, I have none!!!!! icon_cry.gif I was wondering, for anyone that has used the recipe from this site, can you use Self-rising or cake flour, both of which I have......

Thanks for any help!!!!!!!!!

Self rising flour is probably OK. The flour is cooked into a thickener, so it probably won't make much difference.

Just don't quadruple your batch before you test it (ha ha)
