I don't have the book but the wilton site has some. Check these out http://www.cupcakefun.com/ideas/index.cfm?category=32
Pan: Standard Muffin
Colors: Lemon Yellow, Rose, Violet, Kelly Green
Fondant: White Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant; Rolling Pin; Roll & Cut Mat;
Cutter/Embosser; Brush Set
Also: White Standard Baking Cups; Gum-Tex; Cake Board; Spatula;
Cornstarch
Several days in advance: Make bows. Add 2 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 24 oz. fondant (makes 20-24 bows); divide in 4ths. Tint portions yellow, rose, violet and green. Roll out fondant 1/8-inch thick. Cut ten 1/2 x 3-inch loop strips for each cupcake. Fold strips in half, brush ends with water and press together to form loops. Stand on sides on cornstarch-dusted cake board and let dry.
Ice cupcakes smooth. Position loops, securing with icing if needed.

I could not find another picture from the 2006 yearbook. But the recipe is called "A little give and cake"
Also I could not find the other item: "Beaucoup Beauty" from the 2007 yearbook.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck
