I haven't used it either, but I'd love to hear about anyones experience with it to! ![]()
The bakeware needs to be on a support surface to prevent bending and twisting in and out of the oven. I have a rack that fits into a sheet pan. that allows air to circulate, but keeps the pan from bending.
Let the item cool in the pan for a few minutes, it helps the item just pop right out of the bakeware.
I have muffin "tins" and a loaf pan made of silicone. I love it!! It's so easy to use and things come out just.
Do you think it bakes better or more evenly then regular bakeware, or cake pans?

cakefairy, you could have been a sales person, you've convinced ME, I'm going to pick some up and try them out LOL ![]()
I have had mixed results - but I do NOT recommended using PAM - one of mine has a sticky film that will not come off, and I am pretty sure that is what created the problem.
