Help! My daughter wants a chocolate cake with crushed peppermint and white chocolate filling. I know I saw the recipe somewhere but can't find it now. Any ideas? Could I take a White Chocolate Cream filling and just add the crushed peppermint. I bought about 8 jars of crushed peppermint from Williams Sonoma on clearance after Christmas.

oooo sounds good, kind of like peppermint bark... gonna bump you up cuz I want that recipe too! sounds yummy for the holidays.

I found a white chocolate buttercream recipe and I'm going to try and add the crushed peppermint to it. I'm frosting/icing with buttercream so I don't want to use a cream cheese filling - which seems to be all I can find! Thanks for the help!
