I need a basic order form for cakes. Non-wedding. I've tried to make one up myself but feel that I may be forgetting some things that probably would be wise to include on the order form. And the flow of my form just doesn't seem right. Does anyone have an order form that they use and would be willing to share? All I can find are order forms/contracts for Brides/Weddings - I just need a simple everyday order form! You can email it to me if that would work.
