Just received my first order from our CC store and couldn't be more pleased with the speed of the shipping, the safe packaging and the prices. Mine was kind of a simple little order of airbrush colors and luster dist but so pleased to find a Navy Blue airbrush liquid just in time for an upcoming cake. Thanks Jackie and Heath!

I too just placed my first order last Sat. 4/14. I received it on Mon. 4/16 I couldn't believe just how fast it was shipped. My favorite part of that order was the license plate holder. My husband saw it and said it matches my new van. I was so excited. THANK YOU!!! Jackie & Heath!!!!!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gifthumbs_up.gif

Okay, Here is my update on the Cake Central Supplies. First is my shameful little confession. I have hesitated ordering luster dust here because I have been using one of the most popular brands for several years and admit to not only being a dust snob (thinking more $$, better quality) but also because I suppose I had the mind set of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" I have been happy with the dusts (not using the brand name because I don't think it's fair once you read the rest of this) and was afraid to try something new and unknown to me. SO, I am working on my entry for our cake clubs first show next month. I have something special in mind and of course want it to be as close to perfect as possible. I am going to have to dust some pieces in a Sapphire luster dust, played around tonight with the name brand, mixed it with Everclear and painted it on a Navy blue fondant base, and what did I get? Purple! Okay, back to the old drawing board, mixed in some super pearl, still purplish and not what I wanted.

One of the thngs I ordered here at CC was their Super Blue luster dust, I gave it a try, fearing the outcome. Mixed it with Everclear, it's looking better but not exactly what I want. Try it again dry, applied with a dry brush, no liquid, no super pearl added. Results? PERFECTION!!! I am jumping up and down and at the same time thinking "Forgive this Doubting Thomas" So here is my conclusion. I would highly recommend these dusts and if any of you have been hesitant to try them you are missing something pretty amazing. The price and quality are great, the shipping very fast, and the results couldn't be better. Next thing I tried was brushing on just a little of the Electric blue airbrush liquid to sample it. same thing, perfect color, great coverage. I don't have a personal website, but if I did I would endorse these products on the home page!

I also received my first CC order today!!!!!!.......I ordered Americolor super red and black...and 2 dusts......I was extremely happy with the shipping as I ordered it April 9 and received it today.....It might sound like a long time to you ,but I live in Ontario,Canada.
For the shipping costs I found it very reasonable, since I can't get it here. The few Canadian onlines stores that do carry it are more expensive for the items and shipping!

Can't wait to try it all!
Keep up the great work!
