I don't think I understand your question...do you want to Make cake flour?Not all recipes tolerate the cake flour substitute, and in large quantities, it would be less stable.You will bet better results if you find a source to buy bulk cake flour.

You can't make cake flour. It is milled from a different type of wheat than all-purpose or bread flours.
