Yes, instead of the milk or water you use the liquid creamer. Really good!

Thanks for the info - who doesn't love free stuff?? I would also love to hear more from people who use this stuff in their batters and icings. What flavors do you use? I read it can be substituted for milk or water, but which one if a recipe calls for both? I would hate to over do it with creamer because it can be so sweet. Thanks for any info!

This sounds good....I have never tried a cake made with flavored coffee creamer. Can anyone provide a link to recipes? Or give suggestions of combinations?
