Hi...I was given a jelly roll pan from my aunt this weekend. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do with it??

You can use it to make petite fours.

I've seen some cute shaped cakes that were made from creating a jelly roll cake. Cakes that have that cylinder shape-- I guess certain animals, purses, etc. I actually posted a ? on jelly roll cakes last night--

I'm trying to duplicate a doggie bone cake that uses a jelly roll cake as its base. I'm just not sure what type cake can withstand being rolled.

I use my jelly roll pan to make Texas Sheetcake...YUM!
