Should I use Rolled BC or MMF to make little diplomas for cupcakes? Does anyone have a pic of diplomas they have made? Thanks!

I would use MMF; I think the rolled BC would be too shiny!

I would use either MMF or rice paper (never used rice paper before but have seen it done for this kind of thing)--

I've never made MMF, but I hear it's cheaper than RBC. RBC is pretty soft, though. MMF might be a little more stiff to hold the shape better.

I use RBC all the time for detail work, but in this case I think you should use fondant/MMF.....the RBC is too soft and won't "roll" as well as fondant!
