Hi Guys!
I am in need of a contract for customers orders ie, weddings. Does anyone have a contract like that or does anyone know of a software that already has one, I need this contract ASAP. My customers wedding is in August and she is almost ready to make a decision, and I want to be prepared.

As long as you have a licensed business, you should have some form of written agreement. Brides get excited and forget things. Also, you may not recall all the small details, like how many flavors and fillings and servings, etc.
If you do not have a licensed business, the contract will not be binding, however, something in writing is still a good idea. The written agreement WILL NOT protect you in a case of liabiltiy.
