O.K. I got a message from Ellepal sayying that her recipe for the charming, little peach cakes are on the site now for all. She indicated to look under Italian. I did that but not there. If anyone can help that would be great. I don't want to bother Ellepal again. It sounds like she is rather bz. Thanks
Hi kiddo,
Recipes have to be approved by Jackie before they show up, perhaps it was submitted but Jackie didn't have a chance to approve it yet?

Oh Me! Oh My! I found them!!! I am so overjoyed. Just looking in the wrong place. i am making fun of myself today because I made a few panarama eggs but on some I did the bottoms for the top. Can you beat that? Squirrelly, Do you have a degree in food science or something? I printed your post out about the sugar. Thanks

Hey Squirelly,
to come up with of the things we do, we all have to be a bit cracked. Ask anyone who doesn't know how to make cakes. Honestly sometimes I wonder how little imagination some people have. I've had people calling up for a cake, not having a clue as to what hobbies or likes and dislikes their own ? husbands? have. Not knowing what to get them, so let's make it a cake and let someone else worry about it.

Haha, hi kiddo, glad you took that in the spirit it was intended, for fun! I just loved that cake.
And you are so right, haha, let someone else worry about it! I am surprised there are not more sock cakes, haha! We've done the shirts, why not?

Life is too short to worry about things that aren't that important. The kids loved that cake, even returned the platter licked clean and that was what was important. Couple of people have already asked for the directions, so I suppose there will be quite a few monster fried eggs being served tomorrow morning. And I'll be the first to admit, that sometimes I can appear to be a bit "craked", but hey, life is serious (and difficult)enough, I don't have to make it more so. I can't for the life of me remember ANY jokes, but my cakes make people laugh. Happy Easter Squirelly
Happy Easter to you too kiddo! I think cakes become memories and children remember these things when they become adults, that someone took the time to make something special for them. It is a good sign when a plate comes back clean!
