Hi All

I have a two weddings. One in June, the other in July. And both brides want creamcheese icing. Today I did a birthday cake and had a hard time frosting it . The icing was to soft and was difficult to work with. I need a recipe that can hold under hot weather a little better. Help!

Cream cheese icing is very fragile in heat. There are some that use less cream cheese and more crisco that hold up better.

The crusting cream cheese in the recipe forum is pretty good, but I wouldn't guarantee good results in heat.
