do you have any colorflow? You can substitute with color flow, plus appx. 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.

LMAO... This is proof that I do not read everything in threads LOL.... I am so busted. You dont need to add any cream of Tartar to the Color Flow if you don't have it.

I didn't know about the color flow. I have got to try it. I am wondering which is stiffer--Meringue or the color flow.
