Does anyone know what regulations, health wise or otherwise, the state of Colorado has? I haven't been able to find any information at all.

Not yet. I did look at their site online but couldn't find anything pertaining to home baking. Calling will be next. Just thought that maybe someone out there in CC land might live in CO and might know.

No, I haven't. I think I'll get my daughter to do some checking around as she lives there. I'll post if I find out anything!
