I was wondering if it was possible to freeze fondant roses and reuse them? Thanks in advance!

No need to freeze. Just place them in an airtight container and keep them out of direct light and they will keep for a long, long time.

I have used them 6-8 months later and they have been fine. Got this info from my cake instructor.
