Happy Easter everyone! Was just sitting here looking through my newly aquired yearbook from 1980 (I was still in school at this time) But I noticed some figure pipings in there. Tried to find some on here but when I did a search it came up with only a book. My son wants me to make him a cake and put some figures on it. Was just wondering if anyone has any links, copied files or other instructions on how to do some different kinds of figure piping. I would be most grateful. Also any molding figures out of marzipan or fondant would be great.
wilton's site has these basic techniques that include many kinds of figures they've used on cakes over the years as well as many flowers

nice marzipan intro:

the techniques use w/ polyclay would apply to marzipan, just as they do to fondant, with one big benefit -- can eat the mistakes!
I have instructions for ducks, chicks and bunnies.

If you are interested, just send me a pm.
Another thing to look up if you dont need it to Easter, is to look for Piping books at the library. Some are hard to find.
Good Luck.
