I am overwhelmed with the amount of recipes on this site and wanted to know does anyone have a favorite they use for filling of their cakes. Last night I made a chocolate cake and iced with whipped cream and also chocolate cream cheese frosting between the layers.
I wanted to get more daring and try some great flavors. (No fruit) Anyone have anything they have had good success with?
