I am making a wedding cake for my sister-in-law and it has tons of flowers on it. I want to make them in advance and freeze them. How soon can I start making them? Will the go bad if they are made too far in advance? Thanks in advance. icon_biggrin.gif

I have frozen them a few weeks in advance with no problem. I would imagine they would keep even longer if they were sealed up good.

I think they will keep for 2-3 months, if you seal them good. By the way I love you avatar. Is that a Boston? My mom has like 10 of them, no joke!

I'm not sure. I found the picture on the web. Thanks for the advance.

Are you using BC or royal? If royal, they'll keep at room temp for 5-6 months.
