I'm sorry, I've never heard of that. Can you post the recipe?

Isn't that a powdered coffee creamer? Maybe to add a creamy flavor, or a smoother texture? Not sure--but at least this will give you a "bump."

Cremora is a powdered coffee creamer..............can you post the receipe you are using, or give us the website? Sounds interesting. I am thinking it gives the icing a more cream flavor.

Creamora is the same as CoffeeMate, just an older and not as recognized brand name. I don't know if it comes in flavors like CoffeeMate does now, or just plain "cream".

Recipe for Buttercream frosting with Cremora Powder...
2 cups of white vegetable shortening (Crisco)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/2teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond
2 lbs Confectionary sugar
l/2 cup Cremora pwder
6 Tablespoons water

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Combine on low speed l minute. Increase mixer to high speed and beat 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Additional water may be added l Tablespoon at a time for proper consistency.

I havent tried it as of yet. Found this recipe on doing some internet searching. Guess the powder would make it fluffy and creamy...
Let me know how it works.
thanks
