I have a wedding cake for 150+ people. What size cake pans should I use? The cakes will be round.

Hi. I am sending you the pan size and portions. I went to a bakery shop and I found this information, I hope will be usefull for you.

I use the Wilton chart and have never had a problem. Do not include the top cake in the count as the bride and groom will keep this. Where are you at in Baltimore. I live outside the Baltimore area also.
