Timing Question

If i make cakes today, and crumb coat tonight, can I finish with MMF tommorrow, will it still taste fresh for Friday? I guess my question is will the cake finshed tommorrow hold until friday night? How should I store it. It will be chilly temp wise for the next couple days, will it be ok on my counter?

As long as the room is cool, and cake well iced, it should be fine. Personally, I would cover and refrigerated the crumb-coated cake, but it would be OK covered outside the fridge.
