Need Help Putting Dec.on Cake W/o Ruining Bc. Asap
Decorating By bulldog Updated 30 Mar 2006 , 9:50pm by bulldog
I have a fondant paint pallet that I have cut out and have let dry hard. How do I put this on top of a BC covered cake so when the pallet is removed all of the BC does not come off? I am doing this cake tomorrow if you all could, please, help soon. Thanks.
hmmm, maybe put a sheet of rice paper underneath, or a bit of plastic wrap after the BC has crusted?

you could either put wax paper under it with powdered sugar under the paper ~~ OR ~~ you could put a cake board under it with powdered sugar under the board.
I put powdered sugar under my cake boards on stacked cakes....it helps the bc icing stay on the cake! Good Luck!
Thanks for all of your help! I let the BC crust, dusted w/ a bit of P.Sugar, put parchment paper under the pallet, and set it on top. Worked great!!Thanks again for the help!!!
