I'm thinking I would like to get a subscription to a cake decorating magazine but I really don't know what's out there and was wondering if anyone has any favorites.
Thanks for sharing!

their is American cake decorating magazine - 6 issues a year. Has how to section, articles, etc.

Mailbox news - is good if you are starting out, 6 issues a year. Just pictures from all skill levels. A page of recipes can be from one of the following section - cakes, dinner, appetizers, etc.

here is a link to see and order. Now depending when you order is can take 10 weeks to receive the first magazine.

If you order today you will be on the June/July subscription and should receive end of may or in June.

their is also this magazine very expensive from the UK - 12 issues a year, 70 to 80 pages. Fondant and royal icing work.

If wedding cakes are what you are interested in "wedding cakes a design source" is a great magzine. http://www.expressmag.com/pages/products.asp?id=2WECAK

I have several issues of it and I love them ~ lots of great ideas. You can probably find it locally at a book store as well, that's how I buy mine.
