That tells you how long you can store or freeze icings with and without butter, mmf, rbc and all those? I'd love to print it out since I can't remember!
WOW!!! Wouldn't that be a great thing!!! I always have a hard time figuring out how long something will keep, if it has to be cooled, etc.. I am so afraid of spoiling something and making someone sick..
