I made a cake over the weekend for a friends birthday party. I dont know if it was just me or what but the cake felt like it weight a ton. I was a single story choc cake with fresh stawberries and butter cream frosting. Also I am thinking of doing a butter cream frosting for a Bridal shower cake I have to do this weekend. If I pour choc on the edges will it melt the BC? HELP! =-)
