when is the best time to take a cake of of the pan?

I usually let mine cool about 10 minutes before I take them from the pan.

I wait about 3-5 minutes.

I take mine out at 10 minutes as well.

I flip mine over on a tray, lift the pan to loosen the cake from it and then leave the pan on top while it cools to keep the form. After about 30 minutes I take the pan off and let it cool the rest of the way

Less than 3 minutes from oven to cooling rack.

I cool mine until its warm= probably about 10 minutes or so. Then directly onto the cakeboard and wrap it up.

I let cool in pan for about 10 mins then flip onto cooling rack or cake board. let cool rest of way then decorate
