Yes, I agree. It tastes great, but it just doesn't have enough stiffness to hold up. Would love to find a recipe with the same taste, yet not such a loose texture.

Is that the recipe that she (the WBH lady) uses to decorate? I bet if you'd email her she'd give you some tips because she does a lot of decorations on her cakes!
i also found it to be really soft, so i mix it in to my regular buttercream, just alittle.
If any of you try the meringue with this let me know how it works. I use it
