Okay, so my sisters are on their way back from a cake class in Oklahoma and they learned a lot of cool tips. One that they thought was a great idea was they saw a woman who decorates using decorating syringes instead of bags!!! They said that it is so much easier... no digging that coupler out of those pastry bags!!!!

Does anyone else do this??? Do you know where I can purchase some??? I found some on then net but they were about $8.00 a piece, which is fine, if that is what they go for.

for those not familiar with what I am talking about, the syringe is similiar to a cookie press but you can use any tip on it w/ a coupler!!!

My mother used to have one of those. Actually I think she still has it. Those are the ones I used when I was just learning. I wouldn't be able to work with one of those now.
