I can pass up chocolate cake, chocolate bars, and chocolate ice cream,

BUT, I cannot stop eating Brach's malt balls and chocolate covered raisins! icon_cry.gif

I just gave in after 4 days of no chocolate. I couldn't help myself, and now I seriously think I need help! icon_cry.gif

I'm also beginning to wonder if Brach's isn't coating their chocolates with some sort of addictive substance, because I just can't seem to resist. icon_confused.gif

I'll try to stop again tomorrow...but tonight, I just gave in. Hmmmmm -- icon_biggrin.gif

I was a chocolate addict but i have been "sober" for three months now. I could eat a slab of chocolate a day but now its pretty easy to say no.
I just have to keep reminding my self that all my hard work would go to waste if I started to eat it again.

I am also an addict. I tried cutting that all out of my diet and lasted two weeks then I had a big pig out of chocolate covered raisins.

Um, major chocolate freak here! Just not dark chocolate (unless it is covering mints...). My worst nightmare--which was real--was when I was pregnant with my daughter. I had HORRIBLE morning sickness--just nausea though--I was on medication for it! I had my one and only aversion in my first tri-mester (had none with the boys) and it was to chocolate. Can you belive that?!?! My mind knew how good it was, but as soon as I put it in my mouth, the taste was horrible and even thinking about it made me ill. This went on for 12 WEEKS!!! icon_mad.gificon_mad.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif My anniversary happened during the 1st tri-mester and my mom bought us a HUGE box of Godiva chocolates. I couldn't eat one!! icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

My middle son loves chocolate too. His nick-name is chocolate boy! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Can't decide which is worse -- choc raisins or malt balls. icon_eek.gif

As I sit here eating a few -- just to tide me over until the kids go to bed!

When I was pregnant, both times, I didn't want any sugar of any kind until about the 7th or 8th month. Didn't bother me though because I just flat-out didn't want it.

BUT -- once the food aversion went away, I seriosly told my doctors that I was helping fight my anemia by eating the choc raisins. I mean, they are sooooooo high in iron, right! icon_lol.gif

I've kept on an extra 5 pounds from each child -- so now I've got about 15 to lose. icon_cry.gif I was really frustrated when I didn't have choc for 4 days and the scale stayed the same. I really expect fast results, but I think I'm getting too old for that! icon_lol.gif
