I am sooo addicted to this website! There is so much GREAT info and help from members here on CC!

I work 12hr night weekend shifts (Pediatric nurse by profession but dreaming of being a baker/pastry chef) and know I need to be getting a nap instead of reading forums icon_lol.gif


sigh.......

I can totally relate! Many times I've missed precious hours of sleep because I couldn't peel myself away from Cake Central to go to bed!!!

I am a nurse myself and have told my hubby several times all I wanna do is bake cakes and more cakes icon_biggrin.gif

I became addicted with my very first class. This is a wonderful site.

I too have spent hours and hours, (boyfriend says days and days hehehe)
pouring over the threads here, but the knowledge I have gained is worth every second. I too have a goal to have my own cake & cookie shop, and the information I get here will be of great help! soooo, thank you one and all!!!!!

Hello Ladies! There is a WARNING label! LOL, I'm just kidding! I am addicted TOO! Every time I'm on here it seems like someone is asking a question I was going to ask or I find info on things I haven't done yet. It is amazing what all these combined brains can do! We must be the most POWERFUL website EVER! jk, My husband is starting to get mad cause I am on this site every time he wants to be on! HaHa! icon_biggrin.gif

I know , evertime my DH and kids walk into the computer room and see me, they say, "She's on that cake site again!"
And now it's almost 1:00a.m. here so I need to go to bed, but I just can't seem to pull myself away! icon_twisted.gif
My husband swears I'm having an affair with some cake hunk who's on this site!

Me too, and tonight my husband bought more memory for my computer so now I can look at CC even faster! I always had trouble w/ the pictures taking forever to load...not anymore. I think I'm in trouble. icon_surprised.gif

yep, and here I sit in front of the computer after working from 6:30pm last night until 8:00 this morning and going back to work again tonight....what am I doing now????? I am on CC of course!
