Do the same rules apply for cupcakes when it comes to freezing them? I would appreciate any advice on plain cupcakes and BC covered cupcakes....thanks in advance!

I've heard that freezing decorated cakes is hard because there is always the chance of the icing falling off when it thaws. I'm sure could freeze the cupcakes though. Just wrap them individually and wrap them twice in seran wrap.

I would treat them as I would a larger cake. Wrap each one individually. Then place in an airtight container. Whe you are ready to use them. Let them thaw then decorate.
