I'm not sure what I'm doing here.I read some where that theres a pan for
Topsy Turvy I never saw it .Anyway,I've make 3 tiers 2@ 10'' 2@ 8'' 2@ 6''
How do I get the affect that its a Topsy Turvy.I thought I would lets start with bottom layer 6'' round all around 2nd layer I was going to take the pan from the 2nd cake and score it on the top of bottom cake and cut it at least 2'' down on one side and just place that cake right in there .Doing the same for top layer but, just rotationg it to sink deeper on the other side. Will I be doing this right ? I've made all the cakes and after work 2day I'll be putting this together This will be my first Topsy Turvy

Wilton does have a topsy turvy pan, but it's not a real topsy turvy cake. It's just a flat, shaped pan.

I used the tutorial here to make the topsy turvy cake on my website. Just make sure you make nice, tall layers. Mine weren't tall enough, and they didn't look as nice as I would have liked.

I used the tutorial on this site to make the topsy turvy cake in my photos. It wasn't as tough as I thought it would be. Good luck!
