When you post or reply to a message, the emotions/smilies are located on the left side of the text box where you type in your message. As you're typing your message, just click on the one(s) you want to use to insert them into the post. Try it out icon_biggrin.gif

just checking if mine is working. I tried to post use a picture of a cake that I did and used the refered sites, but could not get it small enough and still see the picture, how did you get your own pictures to work? Anyway I found this one on a free avatar site. hope it works. Any suggestions?

If you did glittering cherries as your avatar, yup we can see it.
You may have to use a photo editing program to get your pics small enough...this includes cropping out what you don't need and resizing accordingly.

Just click on Create Avatar
upload picture
type in the size (110)
Click Resize

It was free too. You don't even have to sign in.

Ok, I clicked on this site cause I thought it was about my grandson's favorite cartoon charectar Avatar. Was pleasantly surprised to find it was about setting up pix. Well I've tried everything suggested but it keeps saying to big. Where do I go to find out how many K's a pix is??

Woo-Hoo! Finally I got it to work right! I had to use this website after many attempts through photoshop. For some reason it just couldn't get small enough....

I can't seem to gett mine under 6kb and every time I use the gifworks link I can't get it to resize to the limit here. I have unblocked my pop ups but I still can't get it anyone that can help PLEASE it is driving me nuts!

I have the same question. I edited the file size so that it's 110x110 pixels as required, but it keeps getting rejected for file size.

i've been wanting to put up my own avatar but for some reason every picture i upload doesn't work because of its size! i cropped my image to the maximum size you need it to be but still, it exceeds 6kb. anyone know what i can do?
