I started this thread in the lounge a while ago, but since this is cake related, I thought I would re-post it here. I asked members to choose a cake from the gallery that they admired. I thought it would be a great chance to see some of the cakes that we may have missed, and a chance for the creator to have a moment of applause. 
I know it's hard to choose just one, but pick a masterpiece that may have inspired you or you have been admiring, or just something that sticks out in your mind.

I just think it's so sweet and cute...and just a little fairy tale. It's very well done, and I just love it!

I think it's funny that you both picked one of Tuggy's cakes LOL Guess everyone must like her style, I love the gumpaste flowers she did.......anyhow.....this is really hard to just pick one!!!!! If I have to pick just ONE it would have to be this wine bottle, I still can't believe it's cake and normally when I look at a cake I can almost envision how they must have cut the cake to make the shape...but this thing is just amazing to me......I can't imagine frosting this thing and having it actually look anything close to a bottle of wine LMAO.....but this one is awesome!!! I love it!!!!!
This cake I admire cause it is SOOoooo realistic. To me its beyond a cake.

Got to love Tuggy. I also love Adven68 (she did the firefighter cake that was posted) Her work is so creative!!! So many good cake decorators out there!! Good idea to post the creator of the cake so we can all admire the rest of their work!

There are so many good cake designs in the Gallery, that I want to name two:
First the cake from antonia74. I really love this plain design. It´s simple, but soooo elegant.

Wow..I've never seen that gorgeous red cake until now!
There is just NO way to pick a favorite!! Just looking at the submissions so far I can tell I have not spent nearly enough time in the gallery!! But if I spend any more time on this site I'll find myself in divorce court! 
Wow! These are so beautiful, makes me wonder what other cakes I haven't seen!
And Meghan89, Antonia is absolutely right you should submit that photo to a cake mag and post the instructions!!!
